What's the event?
Formula Student is an international design competition where teams from universities across the world design single set racecars to a formula to race against each other. The UK event is held at Silverstone every year, the weekend after the British Grand prix.
The event consists of static and dynamic event. The static events judge the teams designs, cost of manufacturer and their business plan. The dyanmic events are desiged to push the cars to the limit to check their performance.
